Single-stage gearboxes

Cylindrical single-stage narrow horizontal gearboxes for general machine-building applications of types 1TSU-100, 1TSU-160, 1TSU-00, 1TSU-250 are designed to increase torque and reduce rotational speed.

Conditions of application of cylindrical gearboxes TSU-100, TSU- 160, TSU- 200, TSU-250:

the load is constant and variable, one direction and reversible;
long-term work or with periodic stops;
rotation of the shafts in any direction;
the speed of rotation of the input shaft should not exceed 1800 rpm.;
the atmosphere of types I and II according to GOST 15150-69 with a dust content of no more than 10 mg / cubic meter.;
climatic versions U, T for the accommodation category 1...3 and climatic versions UHL and O for the accommodation categories 4 according to GOST 15150-69.
