Currently, the following sizes of brake pulleys are mainly used: D-160; D-200; D-300; D-400; D-500; D-600. Often we receive orders for the supply of pulleys D-250, which are not standard. Our company is ready to supply non-standard spare parts for lifting equipment according to the customer's drawings.

LLC "Techprommetsnab" has the ability to supply brake pulleys made of 45, 45X steels, etc. according to the technical specification of the customer, as well as brake pulleys made by casting technology from 45L, 50L steels, etc. To increase the service life, this element is subjected to special heat treatment (volumetric hardening). Special attention should be paid to the technical condition of components of lifting equipment and thereby create favorable and safe working conditions. The brake pulley should be replaced in the following cases:

1. If cracks and debris are found that extend to the working and landing surfaces;
2. If the wear of the working surface of the rim is more than 25% of the original thickness;
3. If the size of individual irregularities on the surface of the pulley exceeds 0.3 mm, and their total area is more than 10% of the working surface area.
